Clear Lake Cottages and Marina

OUR COTTAGES

Located directly on the lake, our modern cottages and cottage suites are welcoming retreats. We offer a variety of floor plans, including those which feature full kitchens, so you are sure to find one that is perfect for your next visit. All of our cottages and suites have air conditioning, designer linens, luxurious plush towels, and most feature relaxing patios or decks.

SWIMMING POOL

Our 40,000-gallon solar heated salt water swimming pool is open seasonally from mid-May through September. We require that our younger guests under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult guest at all times. Pool towels, toys, and plastic cups are available at the pool.

BBQ GRILLS & PICNIC AREA

We provide three propane barbeques for guest use near the picnic area next to the pool. There are three charcoal barbeques and picnic tables located near the waterfront edge of the property. As a courtesy to other guests, we encourage you to share the barbecue areas and picnic tables and dispose of waste when you are finished.

EVENTS PENINSULA

Located on the waterfront is a very large grassy peninsula perfect for special events, picnics, fishing, kite flying, or napping under the shade tree. Click here for more information on Gatherings at Clear Lake Cottages & Marina.

LAUNDRY
We offer our guests a coin-operated laundry room located at the back of the office building near the pool. Change can be made in the office during office hours.
VENDING & ICE MACHINES
Beverage &iIce machines are located in the vending room next to cottage #28 for your convenience.

CLEAR LAKE MARINA & BOAT LAUNCH

We offer our water sport enthusiasts a 9-slip marina with electric outlets and boat launch with ample trailer parking. For ease of access and maneuverability, we ask that only boat trailers be parked in the gravel, trailer parking area. After launching and unhitching, vehicles can be parked in a regular parking space.
