Don McDonald

Don founded the Elite Team in 2006. As a dynamic leader and creative marketing guru, Don leads the partner’s marketing and business development efforts. After building one of RE/MAX’s Worldwide Top 10 Teams from 2007 through 2011 Don Joined RE/MAX Gold’s leadership team as their Director of Marketing and from 2015 through 2018 Don was Vice President of RE/MAX Gold the largest independent real estate company in California and #9 largest in the world. Today Don is back doing what he loves most helping agents achieve their very best results and working hand in hand with the Elite Partners and their in house marketing company Elite Partners Create.

Donovan Schemke

Sharp and focused, Donovan Schemke is a second generation Realtor with a strong mind for business. Practicing Real Estate for 17+ years, Donovan brings a sales background from the computer sector and has been well trained by corporate management in both sales and technology. Additionally, Donovan Schemke and his mother Pam have been among the Top Producing Realtors in Solano County. for over 40 years. Donovan clearly, understands the mindset of home buyers and sellers and has a thorough knowledge of the regional marketplace, which is what allows us to connect exceptional homes to exceptional lives.

My diverse background includes a history of business, corporate sales, team management and a degree in intercultural communications. This has enhanced my ability to think outside of the box and focus on maximizing the return on investments for my Real Estate Clients. I am also well known for my collaborative working style both within and between dynamic business organizations.
I obtained a BA in Speech Communications, with an emphasis in Intercultural Communications from San Francisco State University. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent throughout the State of California.

Peter Gray
